My wife found a pretty good Panera tomato basil soup knock off recipe. It was actually pretty good, especially with a grilled cheese sandwich. Link

We found COSTCO has a really good cream of tomato & basil soup in the refrigerated section among the sauces and cheeses. Actually from Harry's.
Comes in a 2 pack. Always keep one in the freezer for unexpected cravings
