What is this. I got a tax bill with this.
It is for a property within the municipality of Ensenada
Is it a rental income property? The second sentence pertains to revenue on the property.
The last one is the state of the tax account.

I think the HOA pays tax etc. on runway.
This tax left to me by the developer and I need to pay it for my Fide to proceed.
He owes it but I don't think it's much. So I will just pay it.
I'm guessing the amount is in Mexican Pesos.
If it's US dollers...
