Anyone recently traveling Hwy1 south of Estero recently will understand the reasoning here. A large part of the city streets and local highways are

I read this morning on FRONTERA (Newspaper) that upon the announcement by SCORE the city government in Ensenada has stated that they do not have any
knowledge of such change and according to the rest of the article not happy (Loss of revenue)....Stay tuned.

racers seem okay with it with the biggest complaints coming from would be spectators that have zero intentions of going anyway
