Many of you already know the Antonio ('BajaCactus' on Nomad) has created the emergency rescue and fire department in El Rosario. His equipment is
parked in front of the Pemex station, next door to The Baja Cactus Motel.
This is a donation financed service as the Mexican government does not provide assistance, or very minor...

Antonio or one of his EMT trained volunteers will go over 120 miles from El Rosario to attend or pick up an accident victim and treat or stabilize
then transport to the hospital in San Quintin or Ensenada if necessary.
