No, and I wouldn't chance it. I got sent to secondary for crossing with an expired card (which they took away from me) even though my renewal
application had already been approved and I was just waiting for the new card to arrive in the mail (thank God it finally did). I'd apply for a
replacement card (link below) and use the Ready or regular lanes in the meantime.
