Yes gone on that flight a couple times already
Last week was 25min late LTO-TIJ
The CBX has been free, we had prepaid, they pulled us aside and gave us round trip passes to use in the future as well as passes for that day.
Not sure how long the promotion lasts

Volaris is a good airline. Have flown them several times.
