Two or three years ago I participated in a forum that seemed to be specifically focused on Tijuana. It was quite active and sometimes irreverent.
There was also a private component that required a subscription.
I was trying to find it again, but lost its name/URL and can't seem to find it via Google (perhaps Google no longer feels they are PC?).
Any suggestions as to the name or where I might find it? Sorry to be so unclear, but just can't recall the name.
