I need a mail service that can be trusted not to lose manuscripts being sent to and from the U.S. Anybody got any ideas? How safe is a box at the LP
post office?

I have been using the La Paz P.O. many years and have even gotten Gov. checks which are very obvious. Sometimes it takes a long time to recieve mail.
When I am sending mail out I usually take it to the clubhouse at Marina De La Paz then it is hand carried by someone and mailed in the states, Marina
La Paz allways carries U.S. stamps.
For important docs use DHL
