I first met Jovita at Rancho Coyote during the 07 Baja 1K. Originally she went up to the ranch for the summer to take care of the owners 5 children
after his wife died. At the end of the summer the ranch owner asked her to marry him but she turned him down citing their 20 year age difference and
the 5 children he already had. Later she changed her mind, they married and had another 5 children together so she ended up raising 10 kids. She was
a gracious host (just stay out of the kitchen and make sure to say a few words before digging in), great cook, and loved to 'practice English'. One
of the people I feel lucky to have met. I took a lot of pictures of the ranch but neglected to get one of her. Anyone have one they could share?
