Tio - I was looking at Todos Santos as a potential retirement home, but it's very different from the place I first "discovered" 11 or 12 years ago and
continue to visit each winter. So I don't think of my posts as BS as much as observations of what I've seen both up close and online.

Articles like this comes around like a broken record. Writing that Todos has the ''same charming feel'' as Tulum is, well, nonsense.
Fluff and fantasy sells and people are buying. Hope there's a market for Cristobal. Rancho Pescadero doesn't seem to be lacking in tourist
dollars.
As for being late to the party, it's never too late. Buy when you can, Paul. Prices are going up but have been for the 20 years I've been in
these parts. It's still affordable and good.
