Yes, indeed. There are two species of needlefish in the Cortez. The Baja Catch calls the big species Agujon as I recall. They’re supposed to be
great leapers as well. I, personally, only saw them twice: a dead one washed up on the beach and one from my boat at Pt Areana which ignored my
offerings. Yeah, their size is impressive. |
