Drew Deckman brought together a talented team of chefs and cooks to put on an incredible evening.
Lechuza's Chards have always been the best in valley per SWMBO and this years oak and un-oaked were better than last years. Perfect for the c-cktail hour's bites.
The Amantes is a red blend that changes each year and was served with the quail followed by the Nebiolo for the brisket. I have never had such tender brisket and the Chili ancho "BBQ Sauce" was incredible.

A good time was had by all.
