Camped out last week at San Rafael after the race and Francisco who I met over at the rancho a couple of years ago showed up and was working on the
shack. The camper trailer Pancho used is gone and the snail bed is all cleaned and tidied up.
We went up to see what was going on and it turns out Francisco and his wife are taking over the shack as their new place. They have built a bedroom
and some minor remodeling and by Thursday morning, they were pretty much all moved in.
Don’t know exactly what they will be like with people stopping in but they are a super nice couple and when I joked with him about being the new
Pancho, they both laughed and and said okay.
Francisco, Pancho, is a pescador and has been in the area for quite a while I believe. It won’t be quite the same but stop in and say hi when you
pass by, this may be a new chapter for San Rafael. When we left I said I’ll see you soon and he told me you’re always welcome here.

Interesting. Good to see someone move in.

Thanks for that news... Yes, Pancho is short for Francisco, so how about that!?
