Mainly retired people. Property of the Novelo family (son is the just former Mayor). Houses & mobiles are reasonably priced and well kept up,
however the monthly fees are a bit high. Great security and a quiet area (until they have off road races there). They took out the RV park and were
supposed to build condos, don't know the progress. I know some people that live there and they like it. Don't participate in gossip. Restaurant has
it's ups and downs as to service and food
