Harald, see my May trip report (Racing into Baja History...). That is San Borjitas, west from Km. 156 at Palo Verde.

On the Baja Almanac (Mexican topo), it is called San Borja, at the blue arrow:

Oh, the hike to the cave is pretty tough 400 meters from the parking area. Not possible in a wheelchair or on crutches.
You go to the ranch (Las Tinajas on the Almanac) to obtain the guide (~300 pesos?) and permit (~100 pesos?/per person).
If anyone has the exact cost, please share. I was with a group and didn't get the exact figures.

One of my favorite caves in Baja. The entrance is to the left. You can ride a Zodiac inside it.
