Tried to fly TJ to Loreto earlier this month and after several delays they finally cancelled the flight.
Throughout the day and after they cancelled customer service was nowhere to be found to tell us any of this. We had to leave the terminal (therefore
leave the CBX zone) to talk to the Calafia reps.
Anyways they told us we would get a refund but can't seem to find a number or email that works??? Anybody else have experience with this?
We have flown with them many times with success over the past few years.
