Road in very good shape from Loreto to Cataviña. Maybe 20 miles of shallow but frequent pot holes from there north. Much construction and some delays
on the approach to Valle Santo Tomas. Some repair and single lane closure around Sal si Puedes. All three toll plazas open but not charging anything.
Less than 1 hour at San Ysidro crossing at 6PM (best in years).
