Usually opens at 9 am-9:30 in my experience

Closing time is what I really need. I'm trying to make sure I can get there after I get off work before they close.

The INM guy at the gate can issue the FMM and he has some change in his desk drawer. I have no idea what his hours are.
If all else fails get one online and if nobody is at the gate to stamp it just use that excuse if you ever need to show the thing.
