Alaska from LAX. Or Volaris from TJ/SD using the CBX bridge.

Alaska Airlines serves Loreto. Probably others, but Alaska for sure.
Edit; JZ was faster! By the way, I recently saw some screaming deals on Alaska for that run, ANC to LTO for as low as $320 one way!

Ya I never found another carrier except Alaska and only from LAX here in CA. From Bay area we have to fly Southwest in the AM to make the flight, no
Alaska airlines flights are early enough. Flying into Loreto next month for San Ignacio whale watching. And a little Loreto boat fun. Yippee
