Hey there!
I arrive in San Jose Los Cabos airport on Thursday (20th Feb) at 2pm.
Does anyone want to share a ride to Todos Santos?
Alternatively, is there a public bus running? How safe is it to hitch-hike in Baja?

ecobaja tours bus is excellent and affordable takes to downtown Todos Santos center Square https://ecobajatours.com/home but it leaves at 1:30, 4:30 and 5:30 so not optimal for you, if not there are shuttles, uber and the regular
Ejectivo or Aguila bus but they are not so convenient you need to walk a bit and may have to switch buses. hmmm
