Would love to know more about your rental. How far from Centro and malecon? Can you send us pics?

Any pictures? I looked on FB but didn't see any info or pictures?

Colonia Camino Real is the last place I would chose to live/rent.
It is the farthest Colonia outside of downtown.
it has the highest crime rate.
Cookie cutter homes on 0.03 acre
lot size is 24x54 feet
new homes in that area were $40,000
Crime reports always start with "Colonia Camino Real"
yikes

translated to Los Angeles - Camino Real is like the cheap area of Victorville. Yes it costs less. And you plan on getting out of there as soon as you can afford it.

Good info, I'll pass! The old saying is true, you get what you pay for.

Opinions on El Campanario? Chosen for easy exit to El Centenario and near relatives for 2 week visit. Just wondering

La Paz is a wonderful city! A great place to retire if you can deal with the intense humidity and heat of the summer.

Gerald, I see you are gone in the summers because with air conditioning, that cost of elec goes WAY up! That being said, one can indeed live like a queen or kind compared to U.S.

Harald, Can u name a n y safe part of La Paz - if there is one? Well maybe those blocks around Fidepaz, between Carr. al Norta and Augustin Olachea ? Maybe. What about Chametla or Centenario? Safe or not? (I know, safe is nothing in MX)
