Left Punta Chivato Friday the 10th at 13:30 AM. First check point San Ignacio....breezed right through. All other check points, cursory inspection,
open the camper shell, open the cooler. See you later. We took Hwy 5 up to Mexicali.
Made it north of San Felipe the first day. Found a spot in the dez and slept under the stars, up in the morning and on the road at 6:30 AM.
Crossed the boarder at 8:30 with little trouble. Scolded by BP for not coming back sooner.
Hoteled up in Ely, Nevada for the night. Enjoying a good old American IPA! We will make Boise by afternoon tomorrow.
Safe travels everyone.bill erhardt - 4-11-2020 at 08:53 PM

The gal at the booth asked how long we were out of the country, I told her since December, but coming back due to the beerSARS and she scolded me and
said we should have come back weeks ago. Then she kindly put a tag under the windshield wiper at pointed us to secondary, 😆.
Stoopid games!wilderone - 4-14-2020 at 08:59 AM
THESE ARE NOT STUPID GAMES. Self-quarantine, get your mask and play the game. Personal responsibility will flatten the curve. Affecting the economy
and every individual in a big way - do your part to get to the other side.DouglasP - 4-14-2020 at 09:05 AM
Or another take on it......long, but worth the time.
Perspectives on the Pandemic | Professor Knut Wittkowski | Episode 2 https://youtu.be/lGC5sGdz4kgwilderone - 4-14-2020 at 10:43 AM
"The opinions that have been expressed by Knut Wittkowski, discouraging social distancing in order to hasten the development of herd immunity to the
novel coronavirus, do not represent the views of The Rockefeller University, its leadership, or its faculty.
Wittkowski was previously employed by Rockefeller as a biostatistician. He has never held the title of professor at Rockefeller." DouglasP - 4-14-2020 at 10:46 AM
