There really is a Wonderland Trail
That is the official name of the 100 mile trail around Mt. Rainier.
I never hiked the entire trail, but probably have done at least 1/3 in various segments.
The year I graduated from High School I worked at the Sunrise Lodge on the Yakima side of the great mountain.
The Wonderland Trail ran along the ridge just above the lodge.
On days off we would hike for miles in each direction.
Great views, and also an occasional oso to liven things up.

This ride goes places no gps or maps it does hit some abandoned two track . Mining road that is only opened by cows. Then no track or trail till we
just crashed threw brush. Even swamps pretty cool place.
