According to the linked article (in Spanish), API Baja California Sur issued a tender for the construction and operation of a multi-use cruise
facility at the Port of Pichilingue.
This would involve developing a site of 63,496 square meters to include a facility and berth for cruise ship and public use at Muelle de Usos
Múltiples No. 2.
An investment of at least 300m pesos (US$13.2m) would be required for partial rights to the facility for a 25-year term with the possibility to extend
for up to 20 more years.
