This week there could be the reopening of some restaurants in the port of San Felipe that have all the protocols established in the Mesa Segura program, imposed by the Ministry of Health and the State Commission for Protection Against Sanitary Risks (Coepris) in Mexicali.
Claudia Lorena Beltrán González, director of Rural Development and Delegations, indicated that on Saturday she had a meeting in the port with municipal, state and restaurant authorities, with whom the implementation of this program was discussed, which she hopes will be launched in these days.
San Felipe is closed to tourism and so far it has no greater affluence than its inhabitants, who could start to enjoy, gradually and with adequate hygiene and sanitation measures, their food in the restaurants of their choice.
"We are going to start with the restaurateurs with the Safe Table, to see if it can be reopened with the measures that they are obliged to have; the idea is to see if by Wednesday, as long as each one meets the certification requirements ”.
He mentioned that this reopening is intended to be carried out gradually and in accordance with all the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the indications provided by Mayor Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda.
"Little by little we have to start rehabilitating, it is expected to open gradually, this will bring order, the beach is closed, there is no tourism, but the restaurants are going to start opening to local inhabitants."

Maybe if you close your eyes and never leave your house, otherwise, in town there is no shortage of international plated vehicles loaded with all the toys and gear.

Ok fine, maybe some are playing thru but that isn't really any better.
