La Paz is offering a 35% discount on property taxes until October 31

So this was something that really surprised me when I learned about it after buying our home in Toto Santos. Prepayment of your taxes will save you up to 35% if you pay by October 31. I gave read you can pay them online but haven't found the link to do so. Has anyone paid online for the Municipality of LA Paz? If so can you share the link??

You should learn to spell the name of the town you are supposedly buying property in: Todo Santos . . . . .

Sorry my samsung spell check confused you. Regretabbly most of whst I do these days is done on a tiny screen.

I don’t supposedly do anything. The point is if you pay your taxes now you make out.

Oh right. You don't actually own property.

The best I have seen is 30% but I'm am new. Something you should think about Mula is what offering criticism says about you. It is a reflection of fear, hostility, and inadequacy.

I bring good news and you find a fault with me? I know these are difficult times but as someone so senior here perhaps you can be a bit kinder to people especially when they are being helpful.

The La Paz municipality offers this discount every year in October. I was also wondering if they might offer more of a discount this year because of hardships due to covid - but apparently not. The discount continues at something like 20% in November and December. The municipality must pay aguinaldo to its employees in December and I think this influx of cash helps them do that.
