Hi Gang,
I am looking for a possible house partnership. I live in northern ca and been going to bsc fishing and diving since the mid 80s.
I am a general contractor and avid fisherman. I am building a awesome baja skiff currently that would be for all to use at the casa.
Due to my other current responsibilities i would only be able to use the house a few times a year.
