Checking to see if Canadians traveling by air back through LAX have been able to de plane in Los Angeles, and have not been required to continue on to Canada?

Flights returning to Canada are directed to four identified airports....Covid testing and possible infections/quarantine conditions are applied at the airport...

I am not aware that some international flights have been cancelled..... so people flying into Canada from outside the country face compulsory hotel quarantine for 3 days and possible ongoing quarantine for up to 2 weeks in a secondary location.

People coming into Canada by land crossing face a less onerous set of restrictions...

The question is probably related to recently announced 10-days quarantine for travelers arriving to the US by air? On CDC site there is a "recommendation" to self isolate for 10 days upon arrival. A month ago the president said something that everybody will have to follow this recommendation, but I haven't seen any orders.

Flights by Canadian airlines from Mexico have been suspended, all or almost all. Now you have to use US airlines which land in the US before proceeding to Canada, so 10-days quarantine could be a problem for such transiting travelers.

I don't think that was his question at all.

To answer the op's question, don't know for sure, but I'd bet you can.
