Is there a minimum age for a Mexican citizen to own real estate?

18 yrs old.
You can own property or assets as a minor, but youll need a fideicomiso, a guardian or another legal figure to help you.

A just born baby can be a beneficiary or trustee of a trust.
Wouldn't it be nice to be a trust fund baby.
My daughter aided in the delivery of a .001%person, the family trust attorney present specifically for the birth witnessed the little footprints being
taken. Off he went to notarize it
