Has anyone fished Costa Rica? Fished Panama last year and looking to change it up.
Thinking about looking into a package for towards the end of the year with 3 or 4 days fishing included.
Anyone with first hand experience?

Look into Quepos, it’s also very close to Manuel Antonio State Park, very cool.

I was at that park around 20 years ago, very impressive.
I drove from San Jose to the west coast for 10 days but no fishing.

Another thing to research is flying directly into Liberia Guanacaste (skip the whole San Jose mess)in Northern CR and fish out of Flamingo. Flamingo
is super nice and perfect place to base out of. The Marina is right there... Good boats and captains there and great fishing. Not sure the best time
of year. Lived there in the early 2000's and sport fishing was huge out of there.

We fished Crocodile Bay December 2008. Fabulous.
