After listening to Celia Diaz talk about the Binational Emergency Committee on Baja Talk Radio ( http://www.worldtalkradio.com/show.asp?sid=126 ) I decided that I wanted to join. From her description on how they operate and the success they
have had in helping people I decided that I would not go to Baja with out first signing up. In less than a week after signing up online i've received
my card with all the information needed in case of emergency.
All I can say is that I hope I don't need to use it, but I am glad to have signed up.

You can get your Lifesaver Card there for $30.

Hello Elena,
She is doing well, thank you. She's a hardy old bird and she figured out real quick that the invalid thing doesn't suit her well.
She has been working hard on her exercises and can now handle a few steps and climb into the truck.

We also got our Binational Emergency cards after listening in. Celia was quick in answering our emails and getting us the cards and info. We are
counting on the emergency service to be as expeditious should we need it!
We are also members of SkyMed. I guess we needed to feel secure if there were any problems, which you just never know...!
Celia told us that the $60 we spent ($30 ea) would go to helping needy families in Baja as well so we didn't think twice about it. You can't beat the

A year or so ago Gene Kira wrote an article about the Binational Emergency Care Committee in the Western Outdoor News. When in the States a few weeks
after Gene's article I stopped by the Committee's office in Chula Vista. I was impressed by Celia, the volunteers working in the office at the time
and everything about the operation. I signed up on the spot and recently renewed my subscription. I hope I never have to use the service but am

Great to hear of everyone getting a card. I can tell you from the interview that the company is legitimate and Celia is truly caring. She gave me a
binder with articles, testimonials, affidavitts, and letters from prominent people. All great information. Hopefully no one uses the card, but if you
need it, she'll be there.
