Rows and rows and ROWS of stacked rocks?

On the North Road to San Juanico about halfway between San Ignacio and San Juanico - approximate location HERE, there's a section on the north east side of the road where the road gets close to some rocky bluffs/hills. There's a rise in the road as you go over a slight hill. On the San Juanico side of this rise, there are rows and rows and rows and rows and ROWS of stacked rocks. Probably no more than 12-18" high, no more than a rock or two wide. Each row is 10'-20' apart from each other. But these rows stretch for a LONG way. I'd guess there are half a million rocks stacked up here.

Does anyone have any idea what this is all about? What's the origin or purpose of this? Was someone just REALLY bored?? Aliens?

I know for sure where it comes from. Reason for that is. There is a competition going on on exo-planet wwwXY4711glow. The one who can stack the most rocks in under 10 minutes, will be the king and can marry the most beautiful alien bride ever. As they do not have enough rocks on exo-planet wwwXY4711glow, some of the competitors went to mars. Others to moon. And others to earth.
The competition is still going on and earthlings can participate, I was told. BTW I used biofuel for my trip. Made from kitchen leftovers.
