Finally, this tag [/youtube]
So, the end result: [youtube=640x480 ]3Ios3fxjC7E[/youtube] (a space was added after the 480, to prevent it from converting)
Take out the space I stuck in to show you the line, and you get:

fwiw, not all the videos are 640x480. This one is actually 560x315.
You can get the width and height at Youtube by clicking on "Embed" for the sharing of the video and just looking at the width and height parameters
there. See attached image.

Correct, I chose that 640x480 size...
It is just an arbitrary number I use for video posting.
