This looks like some very unique prime Baja real estate for sale.
Unusual to see this much prime property on the gulf side. Good opportunity for investment.

Too big for a fideicomiso, which are limited to 2,000 square meters. About 1/2 acre.
Really not too hard to get a fideicomiso on a larger property. And if that one is in your budget, then it's probably going to be a corporation
anyway.

Very pretty, but water and power might be issues.JC43 - 11-3-2021 at 09:41 PM
No water - no power - and , does FONATUR not have a word to say on that deal? Like in Santispac years ago when all home owners were kicked out, all
dwellings teared down?
This happened to a friend of mine who wanted to buy a property from a Mexican: The Mexican came with a whole bunch of documents. About 40 or 50. My
friend asked him the only but most important question: Show me the document where I can see that you own the property and that you are are eligble to
sell this property. The Mexican was not seen again.
To the topic: Who ownes Requeson? In private hands?Terry28 - 11-4-2021 at 09:25 AM

Yes, I remember all that. This listing appears to be only for the island, the connecting sandspit only available at low tide is federal zone as are
the Requeson beaches. Also because of the small size of the island it is certainly mostly federal zone. There are way too many questions to list but
I just cannot imagine the logistics of trying to build there.LancairDriver - 11-4-2021 at 10:48 AM
Yes, the legal fees would ultimately probably exceed the cost of the property.pacificobob - 11-4-2021 at 12:58 PM

in the "golf of California "!!
