I only read the abstract, as the site requests your email or Facebook info to read the full thing. The abstract tells it all. Not an an
“academic” paper. It’s a nonsense paper.

Hmmm, maybe for you? Because I study and write history, I get daily mailings from https://www.academia.edu/ with papers I may be interested in (Baja, Missions, etc.). Now, when I open the email, I simply scroll down to read the
full article.. nothing to join or click.
elbeau is a Nomad, and while it is a far out theory it still doesn't make it less fun to read or look at.
