I'm trying to get wifes SENTRI card replaced due to expiration.
TTP website says to get interview and then pay $87.50.
I already paid $25 renewal fee for both of us and had NO problem crossing recently.
Want to do right thing, BUT went to set up interview and website says Otay & Mexicali are not an option, only AZ & TX locations.
What's up, how do you just get the cards updated without interview?
