Does anybody know how the south Ensenada highway construction project is going? Are there still major back-ups?

Looking at Google Map traffic right at this moment showing some red NB but all green SB. Subject to change at moments notice? YMMV

Road block faster north then south not bad Except after 3pm or holiday. Could be bad but getting better everyday

The highway narrows to one lane north and one south. Mid-day last Tuesday southbound it was about a 45 minute delay. Friday northbound mid-morning
about 15 minute delay in getting through on the dirt bypass.
This is going to be a long term project to put in a new bridge.
