The villagers in a Mexican mainland village entertained themselves at the expense of a thirsty young bear who wandered into the village looking for a
drink of water. There may be repercussions according to the authorities.Pretty unlikely however.
I agree, I couldn't do that to a rat! I occassionally run into black bears on my property, and as long as they avoid me and my dog, they are welcome
to hang around.
They sure make a mess of my neighbor's garbage though!TMW - 8-26-2022 at 12:20 PM
That poor bear! My goodness, the cruelty wo/man sometimes shows just shocks me to the core.
In Point Loma, a well to do area of San Diego, someone recently posted about two different incidents: in one a man threw a stick and then kicked his
dog when he brought it back. Sick behaviour. Yesterday, a woman was beating her dog in a van because she was sick and tired of cleaning up it's
mess.
I do hope they sanction those people who tortured the bear since it is all on videotape.surfhat - 8-28-2022 at 11:11 AM
If this animal cruelty can be mitigated by such a horrible outcome for the future, there can be a value in what not to do to the next bear that comes
looking for water.
"let it be, let it be, love will find the answer, let it be" Such a wise mantra we should all support. Peace and love. Ever thankful you Ringo.
