I've seen videos and photos on Facebook today of flooding from Santa Rosalia to Loreto.

It is a traditional cultural practice in baja!! Close the road for 12 to 24 hours after every big rain!! Its called fiesta de lluvia

Not only are the washouts, but there are also fallen rocks in many places south of Santa Rosalia.

The highway 1 bridge over the Mulege river, looking south, the mouth is to the left. I think the water on the lower left is water flowing into the river after flowing through town. It's a mess.
