I'm having a real problem with the new U2 format.....can you please point me to which button I push to read it? I seem to be computer inept!

Just click on the subject of the one you want to read. If you want to reply, type your reply and check the button at the bottom "Reply" and "Submit
Changes" and the reply is sent. If you want to delete messages, mark them in the box to the left of the sender name and check the box below of
"Delete" - again click "Submit Changes" ad you get rid of the ones you don't want.
At least that's what I have been doing and it seems to work OK

If you mean that you are unable to open the popup window for U2U, or where to do so, maybe the easiest now is to use the U2U link next to the logout
and control panel links in the upper right corner of the page (if/when you are signed in).
