I last communicated with him before my trip last March (2022), with TMW and the others of the Mission Santa María 4x4 trip. We had four rooms
reserved for the one night.
Simply email him at info @ bajacactus.com (remove spaces), if he is not in El Rosario when you visit.
I do know he has been very busy and rarely replies. Isela, his office manager, should be able to help you, otherwise.
Another option is to u2u him here on Nomad, his handle is BajaCactus (no space), as Blanca mentioned. However, I am not too confident he comes here

well, simple thing is to leave a note with the front desk staff. they can forward to him
