At the 3 Banorte branches I have paid at in Nayarit and Jalisco, the way it works is that I first have to go to one of the desks of the account
managers or whatever they are, with my bank trust papers in hand, they call the office in Guadalajara to verify the amount to pay (if I pay in
dollars, it's a set amount- the $450US stated in the contract plus IVA, so $527, if I pay in pesos, they do the conversion), then they write that out
on a slip of paper with my bank trust contract number on it, and I go to a teller window to pay it. And for any transaction you do at a teller window,
they give you a receipt.
