Bio: Licensed CA real estate agent representing El Dorado Ranch in San Felipe and Las Villas de Mexico in Los Cabos. Many folks do not realize that there are NO real estate licensing laws required to sell real estate in Mexico. That means if you buy real estate in Mexico from anyone other than an US Licensed real estate agent, you really do not have any legal recourse here in the US should that person be unethical or dishonest in dealing with you. I am licensed and although I represent developments in Mexico I have the same fiduciary requirements that I would have here in the US. That gives you a very important safety feature when considering something in Mexico. I have been an owner at El Dorado Ranch for over 9 years and an agent for them for 8 years. The project is fabulous, affordable, close to CA by car, continues to grow and improve, still has the same visible American Developer since 1994, offers a PGA championship golf course, private use and access beach, good drinking water, ALL SEAVIEW home sites, gorgeous villas, swimming pools, new tennis courts, on site medical facility and PEMEX gas station with a 24/7 convenience store, restaurants, all gated entrances, eco-friendly and environmentally designed. We have home sites with SEA OF CORTEZ Views from $30,000 with developer financing offering low interest for up to 15 years with no pre-payment penalties. Why not check us out, you may decide to join us for a lifetime!
