Bio: A short rundown of my adventures till now. I am 21 and have been visiting Baja since I was about 13 with my best friend and her family. This is where I first found a love for Mexico not to mention its my heratige, but being a forth generation Mexican American AKA Chicana the wonder of a country that with holds my cultural roots still enthralls me. 17 and Highschool graduation soon came, I enrolled in a college study abroad to Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo Mexico only to find myself living there a short year later until a few months ago. I love the Riviera Maya and southern Mexico and have had many experiences including Hurricane Wilma all of which I would never trade for anything else including the time of which many people thought I should be focusing on my college \"career.\" In my short life until now I have learned to do many things like how to adapt and work in a country that is not my own but in a certain way very much is. Slow season came this past September and I sadly had to move back to California where I reside until I gather up enough money to go back. My trip back will be one that I am ecstaticlly anticipating. My plan is to go from Orange County California, meet up with some friends that are flying in from Cancun to TJ, then take the baja coast all the way down to Cabo and back to La Paz, cross on a ferry then jet over to Quintana Roo, Sounds long and crazy but I know it will be worth it! I hope all of you on this forum can give me some insight for atleast one leg of my journey, thanks so much!
