I haven't yet been there. In photos I've seen it looks lovely.
Usually no 'de'... Here is my trip report there (on Tacoma World from Baja Nomad... as photos are preserved on Tacoma World but subject to being
changed or lost on Nomad): Trip #7 (includes San Pedro Mártir)David K - 10-19-2025 at 05:14 PM
Much of the area was closed during part of the summer when fires were burning. But has rained a fair amount recently, probably back to normal. There
are some facebook pages with info, search parque nacional sierra de san pedro martir.
The camping areas are just inside the gate. Pretty widely spaced camp sites. Can get ‘crowded’ on weekends, and noisy (people bring boom boxes).
Weekdays you usually have the park to yourself.
October and november are great time of year, cold nights around a campfire, moderate temps in day so you can hike many miles w/o heat problems…
Starting in late november you may start getting snow…elgatoloco - 10-19-2025 at 09:39 PM

You should definitely go up there. Its a unique place and lovely. Mid week is prime. One can easily do a day trip from the coast but a few days is
best. Look up for Condors. David K - 10-20-2025 at 08:54 AM
