Is the full name Sierra de San Pedro Mártir?

I haven't yet been there. In photos I've seen it looks lovely.

Much of the area was closed during part of the summer when fires were burning. But has rained a fair amount recently, probably back to normal. There are some facebook pages with info, search parque nacional sierra de san pedro martir.

The camping areas are just inside the gate. Pretty widely spaced camp sites. Can get ‘crowded’ on weekends, and noisy (people bring boom boxes). Weekdays you usually have the park to yourself.
October and november are great time of year, cold nights around a campfire, moderate temps in day so you can hike many miles w/o heat problems…
Starting in late november you may start getting snow…

Woke!

Hands off!

“Por el bien de todos, primero los pobres.”

“...ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.” “My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

Pronoun: the royal we

You should definitely go up there. Its a unique place and lovely. Mid week is prime. One can easily do a day trip from the coast but a few days is best. Look up for Condors.
