Shrimp and chesse stuffed Pumpking flowers in chipotle sauce.

Smoked salmon "Butterfly" with capers and jalape?o infused Valle de Guadalupe olive oil.

Shrimp medallions over a Mango chutney with guajillo chile rings.
I am going to play with these, but i like the basic idea.
They all make my mouth water

Works of art, Jesse, just plain way to beautiful to eat. But then again, what the heck, pass the fork please.

Looking very ethnic and your pictures make me want very much to try your place. La Carta Por Favor, y sus precios por sus amigos? A wonderful
presentation!
Amigo Miguel de Bahia de Los Angeles (now I understand how Mexican last names get so complicated).

You've learned what all great cooks know "the eye eats first"

I'll take the stuffed pumpkin flowers, por favor.
I read somewhere that a person can actually gain weight just from looking at or thinking about great food, and if that is true I've just gained 5
lbs!
