Shrimp and chesse stuffed Pumpking flowers in chipotle sauce.


Smoked salmon "Butterfly" with capers and jalape?o infused Valle de Guadalupe olive oil.


Shrimp medallions over a Mango chutney with guajillo chile rings.


I am going to play with these, but i like the basic idea.

They all make my mouth water

I read somewhere that a person can actually gain weight just from looking at or thinking about great food, and if that is true I've just gained 5 lbs!:tumble:
