Please check these appetizers

Shrimp and chesse stuffed Pumpking flowers in chipotle sauce.

Smoked salmon "Butterfly" with capers and jalape?o infused Valle de Guadalupe olive oil.

Shrimp medallions over a Mango chutney with guajillo chile rings.

I am going to play with these, but i like the basic idea.

Looking very ethnic and your pictures make me want very much to try your place. La Carta Por Favor, y sus precios por sus amigos? A wonderful presentation!

I'll take the stuffed pumpkin flowers, por favor.

I read somewhere that a person can actually gain weight just from looking at or thinking about great food, and if that is true I've just gained 5 lbs!:tumble:
