It's the best; actually much better than Delo with any additive.
For fuel, I use Lucas occasionally to keep the injectors clean. In most trucks, Lucas will improve fuel mileage and power a bit.
Almost any no-gel will work for the winter. I have noticed that my newer Ford diesel is much more sensitive to cold weather than my older 7.3. The
6.0L really needs the additive in the winter.
I used to add 1 gallon of gas to each 10 or so of diesel in the winter with my 1980's truck and it always ran great. Loved that 6.9 just can't go back
for power after the 7.3 and 6.0 turbos. |
