salespeople were by law, agents of the seller and duty bound to operate in the best interest of the seller regardless of who had the listing and who
profferred the offer.
Many types of contract exist, the best are centered on a flat fee to find a home within the parameters of price and amenities, location etc. set by
the buyer/client. If a commission is involved, the agent is still really working for the seller. |
